Mamta, a 40 year-old Female, with polio right lower limb (70%). Mamta & her husband Mahesh (both Disabled) have been selling clothes in weekly flee markets in Kunwar Singh Nagar for the last 10 years.

They have their own cart on which they carry their saleable clothes to the weekly market. They use to earn Rs.6000/- per month only as they had less stock of clothes due to lack of resources. Moreover in January 2019 whatever little saving they had, they spent on construction of their house.

After they got help from FOD under ARS in their names (both of them) in April 2019 they added stock for summer season also as the summer was approaching and now they are earning Rs.12000/- per month which is twice their earlier income. Hence there is a considerable improvement in her financial condition, which is a very positive and encouraging trend.
